Customer Service Policy
Gemselect is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order within Bulgaria and 15-21 days for International delivery. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

All orders will be shipped via courier Bulgaria wide for 5 EUR incl GST (per shipping address) unless there is a promotional price for shipping. International postage is via Bulgaria post or DHL courier for 15 EUR (per shipping address).

Shipping Info
Gemselect  uses Bulgarian Post for delivery depending on the region. Services are registered and door to door, which requires the receiver to sign for the parcel. If the receiver is not at the addressed location an attempted delivery note will be left. The parcel will go to the nearest Bulgaria Post. Shipping within Bulgaria incurs a freight charge of 5 EUR unless otherwise specified. Shipping to international destinations incurs a freight charge of 15 EUR. Transactions are in EURO (EUR) and include GST. Overseas orders will not incur any GST delivery fees.

Refund Policy
Due to the nature of Gemselect Merchandise being "one off" pieces and customized to the clients specifications there is no refund or credit policy. All spelling mistakes made by retailers or clients will be dealt with by Gemselect remaking the item at RRP. If the merchandise is damaged during transit it is at the discretion of Gemselect to review the order and decide what can be done. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do. Gemselect will replace chains if the chain has failed within two weeks of purchase.

Gift Certificates
Full payment is required before the gift certificate is dispatched. Gift certificates may be used to purchase only Gemselect goods. When the item’s purchase price plus delivery is less than the gift certificate, the difference will remain ‘live’ on the gift certificate for future purchases within the gift certificate’s valid timeframe. Gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase. Amounts shown on gift certificates are in EURO (EUR).

When purchasing from Gemselect your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard.
